Use: 
Tyrosine is an essential amino acid that has the ability to cross the blood-brain barrier.
In the brain, it is a precursor to the neurotransmitters dopamine, norepinephrine and epinephrine (better known as adrenaline).
These neurotransmitters are an important part of the body's sympathetic nervous system.
Tyrosine is a precursor to thyroxine, catecholamines and the most important human pigment, melanin.
• Plays an important role in the function of the adrenal glands, pituitary gland and thyroid gland.
• Tyrosine is not found in large quantities in the body because it is metabolized rapidly

Dosage
1 to 4 capsules a day, with juice or water rather than milk.
Amino acids are best absorbed when taken half an hour before eating or going to bed.
