L-Theanine & Lemon Balm Complex

Lamberts Thiamine & Lemon Balm Complex combines 200mg of L-Theanine, a significant amount of 6000mg of honeysuckle and three B vitamins (Folic acid, biotin and pantothenic acid).
These vitamins contribute* to normal mental functioning and normal functioning of the nervous system.
Η Theanine is an amino acid found in high levels in tea, and contributes to the relaxing properties that accompany the consumption of tea, without causing drowsiness or addiction, while honeysuckle (lemon balm) has a long history of use in traditional medicine as a relaxing herb.

Like all Lamberts formulations it is manufactured in the United Kingdom according to the strict standards of Pharmaceutical GMP (Pharmaceutical GMP).

Tableting with: Calcium Carbonate, Honeysuckle Extract (Melissa officinalis), Cellulose, L-Theanine, Green Tea (Camellia sinensis), Tablet Coating (Calcium Carbonate, Isomalt, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Colors: Iron Oxide), Anti-Caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate, Stearic Acid & Silicon Dioxide), Cross-linked Sodium Cellulose, Pantothenic Acid (as Calcium Pantothenate), Folic Acid, Biotin.

• Assimilation time: Less than 1 hour
• Dosage: Adults over 18 years of age, take 2 tablets daily with a meal or as recommended by your doctor or pharmacist. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
