This dietary supplement provides Cod 5-molecular distillation oil which provides per capsule 280mg Ω-3 Fatty Acids and Vitamins A, D and E. The most important Ω-3 Fatty Acids are EPA and DHA, of which EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function * while DHA helps maintain normal brain function * and normal vision *. Vitamins A and D contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system * while Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress *

For cases that require high levels of Omega 3 we recommend Pure Fish Oil 1100mg or Omega 3 Ultra.
