Rosemary Essential Oil
100% rosemary essential oil obtained by steam distillation of the fresh leaves and stems of the Rosmarinus officinalis plant. It is a clear, colorless to yellowish liquid with a distinct characteristic aroma.About 150 chemical compounds have been identified in essential oils from R.officinalis, with the most commonly reported molecules being eucalyptol, camphor, camphene and borneol.
Many of its ingredients provide significant anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activity. In addition, rosemary essential oil has natural soothing, antiseptic and antibiotic properties.
- For beautification, rosemary essential oil is used to provide radiance and elasticity to the skin. Also, since ancient times it has been used to treat hair loss alone or in combination with other essential oils. You can dilute 30 drops of essential oil in 100 ml of laurel oil and do a light massage on the head making circular movements, leave for a few minutes and then rinse. Alternatively, add a few drops to your shampoo to clean and improve the appearance of the hair.
