• Wash your hands before and after use. 
• Apply Ainara inside the vagina with the help of the applicator, which you have previously filled with 1g of gel. 
• It is recommended to apply the gel 2 times a week.
• If necessary, daily application for a period of up to 12 weeks is possible.
