Use

Recommended daily dose: 2 tablets a day 15 minutes before each meal as follows: 1 tablet with a glass of water 15 minutes before lunch and 1 tablet with a glass of water before the evening meal or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. The product is intended for adults.
