How to use OTRIMER
The usual frequency of use is 1 to 2 sprays per day in each nostril.
If necessary, the product can be used as often as needed.
The
OTRIMER Kids (gentle spray) is suitable for infants, children and adults. However, medical advice is recommended before use in infants less than 2 weeks of age. For children under 11 years of age, OTRIMER Kids is recommended for use under adult supervision.
In the elderly or people who are unable to use the product on their own, using the product may require help from an adult.
If the product is used according to the instructions for use, Otrimer nasal spray is well tolerated.
For hygiene reasons and to avoid infection, nasal spray should be used by only one person.
User Manual
- Blow your nose, if necessary.
- Wash your hands thoroughly before and after using OTRIMER.
- Remove the protective spray cap.
- If the spray has not been used for a long time, activate it by spraying it once in the air before use. In case the nozzle is clogged, clean it by putting it under hot running water and wipe it with a clean cloth.
- For children who cannot use the product on their own: Have the child lie on their back with their head turned to one side so that the liquid can flow more easily. For children and adults who can use the product alone: Tilt the head forward, leaning to one side so that it is as horizontal as possible.
- Insert the nozzle into the upper nostril and spray for a short time (2-3 seconds).
- Then tilt the head to the other side and repeat in the other nostril.
- Leave the product on for a few seconds. Do not blow your nose for these seconds but wipe it if necessary.
- Then blow your nose if necessary.
- After each use, clean the nozzle by placing it under hot running water, wiping it with a clean cloth and reinstalling the protective cap.
- Clean the nozzle with warm water.
