Apply the product twice a week.
After cleaning the face, nose, forehead or chin, wet well with water.    
The strip does not adhere to dry skin.    
Remove the foil from the strip with dry hands.    
Apply to the nose, forehead or chin and press evenly and firmly to ensure good skin contact.    
Allow to dry for 10 to 15 minutes until the strip is hard.    
Carefully remove the strip from the edges inwards.    
Wash off the residue with water.
