Frisomum Dual Care+ is a powdered milk drink, specially designed for pregnant & nursing mothers. Frisomum Dual Care+ covers to a significant extent nutrients (vitamins, trace elements, amino acids, fatty acids) important for the period of pregnancy and breastfeeding.
It is a healthy food supplement with a low glycemic index while offering a balanced amount of energy, 76 kcal per 100ml of product, thus helping to maintain a healthy body weight.
It is prepared according to the specifications and requirements of the European Union.

Storage Conditions:
Always place the measuring tape in the package dry and clean. Close the package tightly with its plastic lid. Store the package in a cool and dry place (below 25oC). Once opened, the package can be stored for up to 4 weeks.

1. Push the safety cap upwards until the safety ring breaks, and then remove it.
2. Move the safety cap in the opening direction and remove the measuring tape.
3. Remove the aluminum cover.
4. Use the measuring tape and the "cutter" level of the package to ensure accurate doses of powder.
5. Insert the tape measure back into its original slot and close the lid.

In 1 glass with 180ml of water, add 4 scoops of Frisomum Dualcare + and mix well (200ml ready-to-drink milk drink). The water temperature should not exceed 40oC, in order for the beneficial lactic acid bacteria to remain active.
