For application on the face, first spray the palms and then apply. Apply a sufficient amount (2 mg / cm2) of our sunscreen on the body on dry or wet skin 20-30 minutes before sun exposure and renew it every 1 hour, even on the surface of the skin covered by the t-shirt and definitely after swimming or wiping with the towel. Do not forget to cover evenly the difficult areas, such as ears, forehead, nose, soles and behind the knees, evenly with the sunscreen.
