Recommendation: Aqua, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (1%), Succinic Acid (1%), Disodium Succinate (0.44%), PCA (0.35%), Phenethyl Alcohol, Zinc EDTA, Zinc Acetate, Polysorbate 80, Menthol, Camphor, Sodium Saccharin, Eucalypt.

Instructions for use:

• Without tilting the head, insert the nozzle into the nostril, tilting outwards, in the direction of the ear.
• You do 2-3 sprays in each nostril, avoiding deep inhalation.
• You allow 4 hours to pass between applications and do not exceed 4 applications in 24 hours.
• With use, you may experience increased nasal discharge (runny nose), nasal discomfort, or temporary stinging. These are normal signs that do not last long and are not harmful to your health, and indicate that the product is working. If the sensation persists, stop using it. In some cases, temporary headache, pain in the nose, eyes, ears and throat have been reported. These symptoms will subside if use of the product is discontinued.
