PRE GARA ENDURANCE is a product designed to optimize the endurance of athletes. The product contains complex carbohydrates and electrolytes, which help to enhance endurance during exercise. PRE GARA ENDURANCE contains medium chain maltodextrin, glycogenic amino acids and branched chain amino acids, which are metabolized at different time intervals to gradually boost energy.
Vitamins (B2, B5, B6, C and folic acid) help reduce fatigue and stress, while existing electrolytes (Ca, Mg, K) contribute to natural muscle function. Vitamins (B1, B2, B6, C, Biotin) allow a normal active metabolism and Vitamin B6 supports the normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen.
Vitamin C, in the recommended dose, helps maintain the proper functioning of the immune system during and after intense physical activity and protects cells from oxidative stress.
The product does not contain gluten (Gluten Free) and is therefore suitable for people with celiac disease or gluten intolerance.
The product is ideal for medium and long-term sports activities, such as: cycling, running, marathon, cross-country skiing, open sea swimming or general resistance activities. It is recommended to use the product before training or competition.

You can take the product about 30 – 40 minutes before the start of training or competition. Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in about 200ml of water for medium-term performance, while, from 2 sachets (in 400-450ml of water) in case of intense and prolonged effort. To optimize the absorption of the product, when the outside temperature is extremely high, it is beneficial to drink about 150-200cc of water almost 10-15 minutes before the sports activity.
