They stay in place for many hours. The duration may vary from case to case.

Instructions for use:

1. Apply to clean and dry skin, ensuring that the knuckle has no creams or oils.
2. Remove the top first and then the bottom surface, avoiding touching the adhesive side.
3. Place the pad firmly over the knuckle and make sure the edges are firmly attached.
4. Leave it in place until it comes off on its own. It can stay in place for many days.
5. Replace with a new COMPEED® patch as often as needed.
