Clinofar® isotonic ampoules contain a sterile, non-injectable saline solution, without preservatives and they are safe, hygienic and easy to use. They are suitable for daily use in multiple indications such as cleaning the nose, eyes, ears, wounds as well as inhalations in aerosol treatments.
In a practical package with removable ampoules, you can have them with you always and everywhere and they are recommended for the whole family (newborns, babies, children and adults).

The saline solution:

• It facilitates feeding and sleeping of babies as it frees their nose from the mucus that often clogs it.
• It is suitable for nasal cleansing in infants and children who are not yet able to blow it properly.
• Promotes the removal of excess nasal secretions and thanks to its moisturizing action immediately restores the problem of dryness of the nasal mucosa in children and adults.
• Helps remove crusts and blood residues from the nasal cavity.

• Sodium chloride 0,9g

Detach an ampoule and open it by twisting the cap.

For nasal hygiene:

1. Tilt your head back.
2. Gently insert the tip into one nostril and gently squeeze the ampoule
3. Repeat the procedure in the other nostril.
4. Lift the head to an upright position to allow mucus to escape, then wipe off excess fluid.
5. After use, do not blow your nose strongly for 10 minutes. For optimal removal of nasal secretions, the combined use of normal saline with the Clinofar® nasal plug is recommended.

For eye hygiene:

1. Pour a few drops of solution into each eye, being careful not to touch the surface of the eye with the vial.
2. Wipe off excess liquid with a sterile gauze.

To clean the ears:

For perfect ear hygiene use the solution to clean the dissolved ear wax and rinse the external ear canal after using an ear cleanser. 

1. Flush the external ear canal with the solution
2. Use 1 ampoule for both ears 
3. Wipe off excess liquid with a sterile gauze.

For cleaning wounds & wounds

1. Rinse the wound using the entire contents of one ampoule, being careful not to touch the wound with the ampoule.
2. Wipe excess liquid from the unaffected area only

For inhalation through a nebulizer

Follow your doctor's instructions when dissolving medicines for use in a nebulizer and refer to the product leaflet for more detailed instructions on using sodium chloride solution for dilution.

• Do not use the same ampoule for different purposes.
• Each ampoule is single-use and intended for individual use only.

Recommended use:

• Can be used daily for nasal, eye washes 1 to 6 times daily, depending on needs.
• Recommended for infants from birth, for children and adults and also during pregnancy and lactation

Suitable for daily use.

Precautions:

• Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
• As the product does not contain preservatives, it is important to use the contents of the ampoule immediately after opening. Discard any ampoules that are partially used, opened or damaged and any solution left in the nebulizer chamber after use.

• For nasal hygiene: When used in infants, squeeze the ampoule lightly to avoid any risk of middle ear infection.
• For eye hygiene: Wait 15 minutes before using any other ophthalmic product.
• For nebulizer inhalation: Consult your doctor before first use or in case of respiratory hypersensitivity, severe respiratory or cardiovascular diseases.
