Use

Use in aromatherapy:

Nervousness, irritability and overexertion: Add 6 drops of marjoram essential oil to the ceramic essential oil dispenser.
Relieve insomnia and periods of intense stress: Add 6 drops to the bathtub before bed.
For muscle or rheumatic pains: Add 5 drops in 10ml of calendula oil and apply on the problem area.
If you have cramps and bloating during the period: Add 5 drops of marjoram in 10ml of almond oil and massage the abdominal area.
After intense physical exercise: Add 35 drops to 100ml of almond, or alternatively 20 drops along with 15 drops of eucalyptus. Massage your body or aching muscles.

Instructions for use with Safety:

Avoid eye contact. In case of contact, rinse with plenty of water.
Do not use them for internal use unless you have the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or experienced aromatherapist.
