Lavender

INFORMATION

Lavender was used to flavor baths by the Romans and its name comes from the Latin word "lavare" which means "wash". It is one of the most widely used essential oils and has many uses. It relaxes the body and mind and helps a restful sleep, has regenerative properties and is used directly on the skin in burns, irritations and stings.

USE

Use in aromatherapy:

• Headache and migraine: Make compresses by adding 4 drops of lavender essential oil to a bowl of water.
• Anxiety, stress, insomnia: Add 5 drops of lavender essential oil to the ceramic essential oil dispenser.
• To relax after a hard day: add 6 drops of lavender essential oil to the bathtub.
• For relief from burns, irritations and stings: add 1-2 drops of lavender essential oil to the skin.
• Care after sun exposure: Add 35 drops of lavender essential oil to 50ml of calendula oil.
• Stress and anxiety before exams: Inhale directly from the bottle.

Instructions for Safe Use:

• Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
• Do not use them for internal use unless you have the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or experienced aromatherapist.
• Do not use them insoluble on the skin.
• Have an allergic reaction test.
• After using citrus essential oils, avoid sun exposure or solarium for 12 hours
• For use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, consult your doctor.
• Use them with caution in children under 12 years. Some oils are unsuitable for babies and children
