His name has its roots in the Turkish word "begarmudu", which means "the prince's pear". Historians want Christopher Columbus to transport bergamot from the Canary Islands to Italy, where it is still grown today. It is the most common natural stimulant and antidepressant.

Use

Use in aromatherapy:

To banish negative thoughts and anxiety: Add 5 drops to the ceramic essential oil dispenser.
Start your day in a positive mood: After you finish your bath, add a drop of essential oil to a damp sponge and rub it all over your body.
Excessive stress or depression: Add 20 drops to 50ml of almond or chamomile oil and massage into the neck and shoulders or the whole body.
For peaceful sleep in times of emotional tension: Put a drop of bergamot on the edge of your pillow.
For cool and clear breathing: Wash with a drop of bergamot diluted in a glass of water.

Instructions for Safe Use:

Avoid eye contact. In case of contact, rinse with plenty of water.
Do not use them for internal use unless you have the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or experienced aromatherapist.
Do not use them insoluble on the skin.
Have an allergic reaction test.
After using citrus essential oils, avoid sun exposure or solarium for 12 hours.
