Use

Use in aromatherapy:

To improve concentration and mental clarity: add 5 drops of basil essential oil to the ceramic essential oil dispenser
To combat mental and physical fatigue: add 6 drops of basil essential oil to the bathtub or alternatively 4 drops of basil with 2 drops of rosemary essential oil.
For the digestive system and indigestion: add 3 drops of basil essential oil and 2 drops of mint essential oil to 10ml of almond oil and massage the stomach area.

In cooking:

Pasta sauce: add 1 drop of basil essential oil to 2 cups of tomato juice
Salad dressing: add 3 drops of basil essential oil to 100ml of olive oil to give your salads a unique taste.

Instructions for use with Safety:

Avoid eye contact. In case of contact, rinse with plenty of water.
Do not use them for internal use unless you have the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or experienced aromatherapist.
Do not use them insoluble on the skin.
Have an allergic reaction test.
After using citrus essential oils, avoid sun exposure or solarium for 12 hours.
For use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, consult your doctor.
