H Vitamin D3 2000 IU (50 µg) by JMN is a high-potency vitamin D formulation. Supplemental intake of vitamin D helps maintain the normal state of bones and teeth. It promotes the adequate absorption of calcium and phosphorus as well as the maintenance of healthy blood calcium levels. In addition, it has a beneficial effect in maintaining the smooth functioning of the muscles. Vitamin D plays an important role in the process of cell division and contributes, among other things, to the healthy functioning of the immune system. According to scientific research, natural vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is the most bioavailable and most absorbable form of vitamin D. D3 is the one produced by the sun (UVB) and is almost twice as effective at increasing levels of the vitamin D in the blood relative to D2 (ergocalciferol). The vitamin D3 in this formulation is naturally derived from lanolin.

Components

Active Ingredients (per 1 tablet): 50 µg (2000 IU) of Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) (from lanolin) 1000% PPA*. *DAI: Reference Intake Amount of an average healthy adult.

It is prepared without wheat, yeast, starch, soy, milk, eggs, fish, molluscs or traces of nuts.

Use

Recommended Dose: Take one (1) effervescent tablet as a dietary supplement daily, before meals, dissolved in 200 ml of water or as directed by a healthcare professional. After complete dissolution, consume immediately. Appearance of a precipitate after complete dissolution of the tablet is possible and completely normal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Excessive consumption may cause a laxative effect. Away from children.
