The Magnesium Triple Source 300mg by JMN is a high-power complex of magnesium salts (carbonate, citrate, oxide) in combination with vitamin B6. Supplemental intake of magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and the smooth functioning of muscles. It promotes muscle relaxation and reduces the incidence of muscle contractions or mild muscle spasms when dietary intake of magnesium is insufficient. Designed on the basis of scientific evidence, it contributes, among other things, to the normal functioning of metabolic processes aimed at the production of energy and the synthesis of new proteins. In addition, magnesium helps maintain electrolyte balance. Vitamin B6 helps transport magnesium across the intestinal cell membrane.

It is made without wheat, yeast, soy, milk, eggs, fish, molluscs or traces of nuts. Contains corn starch.

Use

Recommended Dose: Take one (1) effervescent tablet as a dietary supplement daily, before meals, dissolved in 200 ml of water or as directed by a healthcare professional. After complete dissolution, consume immediately. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Away from children.

Storage: Store in a dry and dark environment at room temperature (up to 25 degrees Celsius). Kclean the cap thoroughly after each use.
