Use

On the face and neck: 6 sprays (spray first hands and then apply). In the rest of the body: 12 sprays in each area. Before each sun exposure, apply evenly to all parts of the body that require protection. Frequently renew applications in case of prolonged exposure and after each bath. Avoid exposure between 12:00 and 16:00.
