Description

Description

Description: Each tablet contains 125 mg of isoflavones from non-GMO soy, combined with lactobacilli (L. acidophilus, B. bifidum, B. longum) which cleanse the digestive system and greatly increase the absorption of isoflavones. This powerful formula contains Genistin, Daidzin and Glycitin in the proportions found in soy.

Common use: One tablet with food.

PROPERTIES OF ISOFLAVONΩN SOYA

Soy isoflavones (phytoestrogens) are extremely important for health, mainly with their ability to normalize the action of hormones, such as estrogen and testosterone, thus preventing uncontrolled cell division. Studies in Asian countries, where 50 mg of soy isoflavones are consumed daily, have shown that diseases such as breast and prostate cancer, osteoporosis and heart disease are practically non-existent or extremely limited.

In vitro, animal, and human studies support the epidemiological findings (Proc Soc Exp Biol Med, 1998, 217:386-92).

Other epidemiological studies have shown that the risks of lung cancer and leukemia are also reduced where the consumption of soy isoflavones is increased, while epidemiological and double-blind studies have shown that menopausal symptoms are also significantly reduced (J Amer Coll Nutr, 2000, 19 :242-55).

OBSERVATION

The three main isoflavones found in the soybean are genistin, daidzin and glycitin (glycosides). However, most clinical studies refer to the non-glycosylated forms of genistein, daidzein and glycitein, which are derived from processing of the former (chemical, enzymatic) or are synthetic. In the popular literature no distinction is made between the two forms of soy isoflavones.
