Solgar® Thermogenic Complex with Svetol is a specialized formula that contains many nutrients and plant products and aims to support the body's metabolism.

This mixture contains ingredients such as choline, inositol, chromium and L-methionine that enhance the process of converting nutrients (carbohydrates, proteins and fats) into energy. Herbal supplements (green coffee, green tea, cayenne and black pepper) offer a holistic approach to boosting metabolism. Choline is a water-soluble trace element that strengthens the process of metabolism of fats (lipids) into energy. The transport of fat, cholesterol and triglycerides from the liver to the body's cells also requires choline and acts to keep the liver free of fat accumulation.

Choline also contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism.

Inositol, also known as vitamin B8, is a water-soluble element and forms a building block for every cell membrane in the body. It works similar to choline. Inositol, although technically not a basic B vitamin as it can be created in the body, remains a very basic nutrient.

L-Methionine is an essential amino acid that plays an important role in the production of proteins and peptides. Amino acids are the foundation of protein and are needed for many internal functions of the body.
