Solgar® Tonalin® CLA offers Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA), a trademark exclusively licensed under the BASF Personal Care and Nutrition GMBH.

Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) is an omega-6 fatty acid and is often found in dairy and beef fats. The percentages of CLA we get from the diet are usually much lower than what dietary supplements can offer.

Fatty acids are lipids, the general term for dietary fats. The body can produce a lot of fatty acids, however what it can not produce in sufficient quantities, must be obtained from the diet (essential fatty acids).

Solgar® Tonalin® CLA is derived from safflower oil and provides 1014 mg Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA), which is consumed in a soft capsule, twice a day.

Use
