First, holding the bottle in an upright position, spray with a slow sweeping motion from a distance of 15 - 20 cm on the exposed parts of the body, e.g. for about 1 - 2 seconds per arm's length. In this easy and direct way you will protect yourself and your children from the mosquitoes, especially during the summer months when they make their appearance more and more intense.
 

Then apply evenly with hands to cover all your exposed skin and protect yourself from possible mosquito bites. Avoid spraying in the mouth and eye area.
 

For your adult or child's face and neck, spray first into the palms of your hands, then gently work a small amount into these sensitive areas with your hands. The product is applied once a day and offers protection up to 4 hours after its application. Do not use this spray, like other insect repellent sprays, on children under 2 years of age.
