UVB rays - 'burning rays' - damage the skin and are the main cause of sunburn.
UVA rays – “aging rays” – penetrate deeper and destroy collagen and elastin, which can lead to premature skin aging and cancer.
PIZ BUIN® advanced UVA/UVB filter systems contain filters for both types of rays (UVA and UVB) to protect against the sun and skin damage in the long term, while also protecting against the most severe effects of UV UVA radiation. They cover most of the UVA / UVB spectrum, offering broad protection to your skin.
Apply sufficient amount evenly before sun exposure. Reducing the recommended amount significantly reduces the level of protection. Reapply frequently, especially after sweating, swimming or toweling. Avoid midday sun and prolonged sun exposure even with the use of sunscreen. Keep infants and children away from direct exposure to direct sunlight.
